CommInsure was launched by Commonwealth Bank in 1995, as Commonwealth
Connect Insurance Limited. The name changed to CommInsure in 1999, and
grew with the acquisition of 127-year-old insurer Colonial Mutual in 2000.
CommInsure has become a big name in the Australian insurance market, with
a long history to back it up.
